 With over 20 years in the staffing industry, Ken builds and leads Tri-Starr’s dynamic team of staffing and consulting professionals to deliver quality staffing solutions with optimum customer service. Before becoming president of Tri-Starr Personnel, Ken was president of Kennmark Group, which he founded in October of 1997. He takes great pride in understanding San Antonio’s culture and pays meticulous attention to the diverse needs of clients. As president, Ken is responsible for setting his team’s mission, vision and objectives and helps develop strategies to achieve them for positive outcomes. He is instrumental in representing Tri-Starr Personnel to clients and public, formulating business-to-business strategies and maintaining corporate integrity through strong communication.
Vice President/Strategic Development
 Anita brings effective leadership skills and vital strategic development experience to Tri-Starr. Anita’s responsibilities include implementing board decisions and initiatives for smooth operations and the advancement of corporate capabilities. She provides hands on assistance in day-to-day activities including: Team building, sales, marketing and business development. Under Anita’s direction and leadership, Tri-Starr is able to continually recruit valuable personnel using a talent-based philosophy while maintaining a firm, client-orientated approach.
Vice President/CFO
 Gail is responsible for the management of all financial and fiscal operations. Her leadership is essential in the coordination of all accounting, payrolling, budgeting and purchasing efforts. Gail maintains operational strength by implementing and evaluating financial programs and procedures to ensure Tri-Starr is in compliance with all local, state and federal tax requirements. Gail joined Tri-Starr Personnel as its first employee as accounting manager in December of 1997. Gail's background includes 15 years in banking as a manager and AVP, and 20 years of accounting as a manager. Included in Gail's responsibilities is the management of the IT department. Gail’s extensive experience lends to her value and success at Tri-Starr Personnel.
Vice President/COO
 With over 12 years in the staffing industry, Pam has is responsible for overseeing Tri-Starr's operations. Pam ensures all company divisions have adequate resources and up-to-date training for the delivery of quality services and the acquisition of new business for successful operations. She assists in the development of company policies and procedures to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards in customer service while evaluating efficiency and the careful management of resources for maximum production.

Kandace brings over 20 years of management experience in the areas of staffing and recruiting. She is an accomplished leader of start-up companies for rapid success and growth and has developed and implemented successful recruitment and retention programs for quality outcomes. Kandace has proven experience in strategic planning, business development and quality assurance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
Accounting Specialist
 Katrina attended Texas State Technical College in 1999 where she graduated with dual Associates Degrees in Computer Network Administration and Network Security. After working in various fields, Katrina moved to San Antonio to join Tri-Starr Personnel. Katrina is a part of our finance department and performs a number of accounting functions including payrolling, accounts receivable, collections and external candidate relations.
Contract Procurement Specialist
 Juan handles all contracting efforts for the acquisition of commercial and federal contracts. He is an accomplished contracting and proposal specialist with four years of market research and solicitation experience with an emphasis on risk mitigation and quality assurance for strategic staffing solutions and personnel consulting. He holds B.A. in English, Minor in Journalism/Communications from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and is a member of the international English honor society, Sigma Tau Delta.

 Elena Hill has over 8 years of Human Resources experience with over 5 years in recruiting and staffing. She received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and continues to pursue achievement in further education. Geared towards client and customer service, Elena’s first goal is always to fully understand and meet the needs of her clients and clinicians. As such, she takes pride in providing healthcare staffing and recruiting services with the highest level of commitment, integrity, and excellence.

 Claudia Gutierrez has over four years of sales and recruiting experience with an extensive background in credentialing healthcare professionals via prime source verification for both commercial and government sectors. Claudia has a vast knowledge of the San Antonio healthcare job market as well as sourcing and recruiting candidates for medical treatment facilities nationwide. Claudia is currently enrolled at UTSA and is majoring in Marketing. She has recently joined Kennmark Group Medical Staffing to recruit highly qualified medical professionals.

 Nancy graduated from Wilmington College of Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. She joined the Kennmark team with 10 years of experience in a variety of areas including light industrial, transportation, medical and government. She has excellent client management and retention skills, strong work ethics and a successful track record.

 With over 15 years of management in sales and operations in a client driven setting, Chris brings a strong sense of urgency and understands what it takes to find the right person for the job.  Debbie has 8 years of Contracting and Direct Hire placement experience. Information technology has always been Debbie's passion and possesses a diversified background in the information technology with 12 years of web development experience. She is pursuing a bachelors degree from Park University in Management Information Systems Degree with Human Computer Interaction concentration.

 Natalie Noster brings over eight years of marketing experience to Tri-Starr Personnel. Prior to joining our team, Natalie provided sales and consulting services for a wide array of clients including commercial companies, small businesses and the Department of Defense. A graduate of Stephens College, she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management in 2004.
