Gail is responsible for the management of all financial and fiscal operations. Her leadership is essential in the coordination of all accounting, payrolling, budgeting and purchasing efforts. Gail maintains operational strength by implementing and evaluating financial programs and procedures to ensure Tri-Starr is in compliance with all local, state and federal tax requirements. Gail joined Tri-Starr Personnel as its first employee as accounting manager in December of 1997. Gail's background includes 15 years in banking as a manager and AVP, and 20 years of accounting as a manager. Included in Gail's responsibilities is the management of the IT department. Gail’s extensive experience lends to her value and success at Tri-Starr Personnel.

With over 12 years in the staffing industry, Pam has is responsible for overseeing Tri-Starr's operations. Pam ensures all company divisions have adequate resources and up-to-date training for the delivery of quality services and the acquisition of new business for successful operations. She assists in the development of company policies and procedures to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards in customer service while evaluating efficiency and the careful management of resources for maximum production.

She is an accomplished leader of start-up companies for rapid success and growth and has developed and implemented successful recruitment and retention programs for quality outcomes. Kandace has proven experience in strategic planning, business development and quality assurance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from University of North Texas in Denton, TX.

Katrina attended Texas State Technical College in 1999 where she graduated with dual Associates Degrees in Computer Network Administration and Network Security. After working in various fields, Katrina moved to San Antonio to join Tri-Starr Personnel. Katrina is a part of our finance department and performs a number of accounting functions including payrolling, accounts receivable, collections and external candidate relations.

Audra graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelors degree of Arts in Communication, minor in Business. Coming from a solid sales background, she brings a fresh perspective to the staffing industry. Audra oversees all marketing and advertising for Tri-Starr Personnel where she finds innovative ways to promote using social media. Her innovative and conscientious approach to working with people ensures that every associate and client receives personal attention and quality service.

Juan handles all contracting efforts for the acquisition of commercial and federal contracts. He is an accomplished contracting and proposal specialist with four years of market research and solicitation experience with an emphasis on risk mitigation and quality assurance for strategic staffing solutions and personnel consulting. He holds B.A. in English, Minor in Journalism/Communications from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and is a member of the international English honor society, Sigma Tau Delta.

Claudia Gutierrez has over four years of sales and recruiting experience with an extensive background in credentialing healthcare professionals via prime source verification for both commercial and government sectors. Claudia has a vast knowledge of the San Antonio healthcare job market as well as sourcing and recruiting candidates for medical treatment facilities nationwide. Claudia is currently enrolled at UTSA and is majoring in Marketing. She has recently joined Kennmark Group Medical Staffing to recruit highly qualified medical professionals.

Nancy graduated from Wilmington College of Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. She joined the Kennmark team with 10 years of experience in a variety of areas including light industrial, transportation, medical and government. She has excellent client management and retention skills, strong work ethics and a successful track record.

Greg brings 20 years of medical sales experience to Kennmark Medical. He has earned numerous Sales Awards for "Top Producer" and "Rookie of the Year" in medical and laboratory sales. As a Medical Recruiter, Greg utilizes his numerous contacts through the South Texas medical community to place medical professionals. Greg won Rookie of the Year for San Antonio for 2005.

Maria Calvillo has been a professional recruiter for the past 15 years. Maria joined Bullock Personnel in 2001 as a recruiter to focus more on professional direct hire. She placed 9th in the state for her production in 2008 and 3rd in the City of San Antonio. Her Business Degree is from Drake University.

Michael is a seasoned producer who specializes in the Oil and Gas Industry. He realizes that the knowledge of a niche industry gives him exclusive access to candidates and companies. Michael is a member of TAPC, SAAPC, SAMA, SAHRMA, SOBA, HGS, and SPE. Michael has also been recognized as one of the top producers in the state of Texas when he was awarded the “Dare to Soar” award for increasing production over 200% in a single year.

Charlotte has had a progressive career successfully assisting customers and clients in a variety of industries with solutions to business needs.
