"As you know, we've tried other, less expensive, methods for obtaining people for this position. In fact, over the past 3 years, we've had 4 different individuals in that position. This has been a fabulous lesson for me and is further proof of the old adage, "You get exactly what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less."
