Director of Human Resources
This position is responsible for all Human Resource functions including complaince and regulations, compensation, benefit administration, employment/recruiting, policy development, safety and wellness, employee relations, and community communications.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Human Resource experience.
- Degreed in a related field with PHR/SPHR a plus.
- Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong process management skills.
- Experience in an employee-owned (or privately-held) company is essential to this position.
