Individual is responsible for assisting and supporting the VP, GM and the Sales staff by providing reports, analysis and interpretation of sales statistics and financial information and working with staff to support the goals of the Sales department.  This position is responsible for analyzing existing and potential markets. Compiles historical and projected sales data for each plant in the division. Coordinates the division sales budget process with sales personnel. Assist the sales force automation system (Siebel). Works closely with Corporate Marketing and Division Management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare volume/net sales/profit analysis by product lines to meet management reporting needs, and other financial analysis of plan/forecast/actual results to better help Sales Management staff understand the key drivers of performance for the business.

Assist with the preparation of the monthly actual results and forecasts for the Division and the preparation of the annual budget.

Arrange templates for annual budget review process.  Prepare for and communicate annual planning deadlines.

Prepare weekly aging summary to compare billing to receipts.

Train sales staff on computer applications.

Perform market research and competitive intelligence to include permit reviews, lease reviews, economic trends and web site reviews.

Performs special projects as assigned to include analysis, presentations, process improvements and due diligence.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing and recommend programs to increase sales revenue and productivity for the region.


Bachelor degree required, with an emphasis in marketing preferred.  


Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing theory and practices.

Superior analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Able to perform multi tasks in an environment that has and will continue to have increased pressure.

Able to work under general direction and meet deadlines.

Strong skills in PC software skills.
