Bullock Personnel, San Antonio's leading search firm is currently seeking a Manager of Tax to perform the folowing responsibilities:
Coordinate international tax filings with outside tax preparers for client subsidiaries. Review tax packages, maintain E&P calculations for client entities, transfer pricing for foreign subsidiaries, international federal or state income tax or franchise tax audits, Texas margin provision and tax return calculations, monitor both domestic federal, state, and international new and proposed tax laws.
This is a direct hire position with an immediate need.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's preferred.CPA or candidate for CPA preferred.
Must have experience international and corporate FAS109, and have performed tax research using CCH, RIA, BNA, etc.
A minimum of ten years preferably in public accounting or a similar industry/corporate environment.
