Job Details
As the Business Development/Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for staffing services to clients in the Administrative and Skilled Industrial Industries. You will be required to achieve sales quotas by identifying, prospecting and securing new Temporary and Temp-to-hire job orders. The Business Development/Outside Sales Rep is expected to leverage existing contact base, network and prospect for new opportunities and consistently apply superior salesmanship to win competitive business opportunities. Job Requirements: - Have two years outside business to business sales experience.
- Staffing industry or service sales experience.
- An Existing client contact base is a plus
- Self-motivation –relentless tenacity with specific sales strategies identified
- Enjoy working with high sales demanding goals
- Ability to comfortably work independently without day-to-day direction
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proven success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment
- Strong emphasis on communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
- PC and internet skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Travel to potential and existing client locations as required
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Professional dress and attitude.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and outperform branch goals
Job Description - Responsible for building a portfolio of leads by use of cold calling, networking and leveraging existing contact base
- Responsible for converting leads to viable opportunities by being proficient at articulating Tri-Starr Personnel’s capabilities as it relates to the client requirements, as well as our competitive advantage/differentiation
- Required to work well within a sales team
- Responsible for developing the Tri-Starr Personnel response strategy for received RFPs by engaging the required experts from all appropriate companies/organizations and managing the completion of the client response; In addition, be responsible for developing competitive client proposals.
- Required to perform administrative duties and report productivity.
Responsible for developing sales plans strategies to meet and exceed client requirement Responsible for demonstrating expertise in industry market –credibility, branding Tri-Starr Personnel and its companies and earning clients - Partners with Corporate executives, Branch Manager and Staffing Specialists (On-site and Branch) on business development, market and client account penetration, customer service/satisfaction strategies and issues.
